The room it self was fine. People fine, location great.
The carpet was stained and dirty. The room was fine except for the filthy carpet. I will not stay there again, nor use your recommendation again. Room 117, check it out yourself!

Most Super 8 motels have been very well recieved.
The Madera motel had a handicap room that we would like to have had. It only contained a double bed which was too short for my 6+ foot frame. We therefore had to opt out of a handicap room. The Madera room was not very clean - needed a good dusting. Also it was quite crowded that made it difficult for two of us to get around with ease. The Madera motel did not have a very good breakfast compared to other Super 8s.

Extremely friendly owner/operator.
Noisy, being near a major highway. But not so noisy that it was distracting.

things looked very clean
I was in room 205 and got what I suspect was a bedbug bite, it was swollen about 1/32 of an inch high, over a 2 x 2 area on my wrist, it itched for days and caused pain there were no elevators and I had a difficult time making up to second floor with all my luggage. staff said I should have made this a request over the phone. no one bothered to offer to help me get up the stairs with a heavy suitcase. its not their job, but no one offered , they just emphasized I should call the motel directly next time and state my first floor need. I was honestly shocked there was not elevator to second floor.

The room was fairly quiet and absolutely perfect, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. Everything was great, I thoroughly enjoyed that.

Clean rooms w/decent appearance, friendly staff, coffee in room, safe convenient location, well-lit, everything worked including the keys. 10% off at nearby restaurant was a nice surprise. Nice pool & lots of parking. For the price it was an excellent value.
As w/most budget motels there's tons of dust & debri between the head of the bed and the wall where most people apparently don't look (even housekeeping?) The 1st night we got a bad bed & we slept horribly. They gladly moved us to a dif room the 2nd night & that bed was fine. The water went hot & cold during the entire shower, & all night we smelled cigarettes coming into the vent of our bathroom & had to leave the fan on. The continental breakfast was just sugary junk, not even oatmeal, & the coffee was not very hot. Also they turned off our keys at 10 am even tho check out is 11am. But still this is not bad for the value and for our purpose which was just a place to sleep at night.

The location is fantastic, with a Perkos Café nearby and Walmart just a short walk away. The room was clean and equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a great coffee pot. The bed and pillows were too firm for my taste, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy were nice. Still, this place offers excellent value for the price.

Comfortable Stay with Cute Staff!
I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. They were always ready to help. The pool was a nice escape. Pro tip, request a room away from the road for a quieter night.

The room was nice and clean, and I loved the AC-it really kept things cool when it was blazing outside. There was a microwave and fridge, super handy. The beds were a bit hard for my taste, but they did the job. Only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was kinda spotty and could use an upgrade. Not bad for the price.
